BEHIND THE SCENES

Black Flower Agency was command central for hospitality surrounding this unique three-day event. The agency was charged with choosing four downtown hotels for visiting fashion press and VIPs, with each destination reflecting the Gucci brand sensibility as well as Michele’s vision for the collection. Black Flower managed all aspects of the guest experience, including flight arrival meet-and greets, personalized VIP ground transportation, hotel management, five-star hospitality, gifting, program collateral, customized activities, dining excursions, model coordination, and front-of-house hospitality. As a result, the show was a magical event that vividly conveyed the new creative director’s vision.
