Killer Heels featured a presentation by Stefano Tonchi, W magazine’s editor-in-chief, and Christian Louboutin, the renowned shoe designer. Black Flower Agency managed this exclusive evening from its conception to final execution. It began with a Champagne reception for guests, who were then treated to a discussion between Tonchi and Louboutin that focused on the significance of the high heel in today’s pop culture. Afterward, speakers joined guests for a private tour of the Killer Heels exhibit. An instant success, the event was sold out in less than a day. The agency was in charge of marketing and collateral development, talent and strategic partnership contracting, guest check-in, on-site management and budget overview. As a result, the Brooklyn Museum gained a high-net-worth audience, its exhibit gained in cachet, and the industry’s top talent found a mingling opportunity.
