Black Flower Agency was enlisted to realize an experiential multi-tiered event broadly thematic to American culture and the close of the calendar year. The agency rose to the occasion by conceptualizing a star-studded event entitled “American Culture – Looking Back and Moving Forward”, hosted by Katie Couric and featuring Spike Lee (entertainment), Daniel Boulud (culinary), Glenda Baily (fashion), Rick Reilly (sports), and Bob Woodward (news). The agency designed the event based on three distinct tiers, aligning with the unique customer tiers and related customer platform benefits: tier 1, customers received virtual access to the event content via the client’s social media platforms; tier 2, customers were invited to the presentation at the TimesCenter, and tier 3, customers were offered premium seating at the presentation and a post event Champagne reception attended by the featured talent. As a result, the agency’s client was able to maximize on its customer engagement and reach.
