Cartier – Woman Awards Dialogues

For 14 consecutive days, Black Flower Agency supported the realization of an ambitious and inspiring project: WA Dialogues, a series of talks and performances held at the Women’s Pavilion in collaboration with Cartier at the Expo Osaka 2025. This unique program was designed to bring together international experts, visionary leaders, and changemakers around six major themes: Nature, Business & Technology, Education & Policy, Arts & Culture, Philanthropy, and Roles & Identities.

Each day featured both morning and afternoon sessions, structured as intimate, participatory dialogues in front of an audience of 80 guests. Over the course of the event, we supported approximately 70 speakers on stage, creating a space conducive to exchange, reflection, and inspiration.

Our team managed all aspects of hospitality and logistics for the speakers, including hotel bookings, chauffeured transportation, glam coordination, as well as carefully curated restaurant and experience reservations. This detailed and attentive work ensured a smooth, personalized, and premium welcome that matched the standards of such a prestigious event.

In addition to logistical coordination, Black Flower Agency also oversaw the technical production of the conference space. A professional team was deployed to handle all staging requirements: sound, lighting, transitions, and performance support. This comprehensive involvement ensured seamless execution in a setting that was both refined and functional.

Beyond the talks, the WA Dialogues also celebrated artistic and cultural expression, with a rich and thoughtful program. Highlights included a Rakugo performance (a traditional Japanese storytelling art with humor), a photography exhibition, a live calligraphy performance by renowned artist Shoko Kanazawa, and a children’s drawing workshops introducing young guests to creative expression.
